What is your Shipping & delivery policy?

Rohmlabs.store is a UK service only. We DO NOT ship to Ireland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man or the Channel Islands.

We only ship orders to residential or business addresses therefore we do not ship to Post Offices, PO Boxes or APO Boxes.

  • Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment is received. Once you receive your Completed Order email update you can expect to receive delivery by 1pm the following business day.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure you provide us with a complete and correct shipping address. Rohmlabs.store accepts no responsibility if a delivery is lost or undelivered due to customer input error.
  • We use Royal Mail Special Delivery, which is guaranteed Next Business Day by 1pm. Please allow extra time during weekends, Bank Holidays, and busy periods when dispatch may take an additional day or two. Some UK postcodes may differ, please also allow extra time if your delivery address is in a remote area such as Highlands and islands of Scotland. If you should miss the first delivery, Royal Mail usually try to deliver again the following day.
  • Our mailing system does not automatically send email tracking numbers. However if you have not received your package within 2 business days of receiving your Final Order update, please contact us and we will provide a tracking link.


Can I change or cancel my order?

Before you place your order please read our Terms & Conditions and FAQ thoroughly. Placing your order with us confirms your acceptance of Rohmlabs.store Terms & Conditions.

Once you have submitted your order and payment has been received it cannot be changed or cancelled. Please check everything is correct before submitting your order to avoid any mistakes.  Should you find that you have forgotten something, please contact us immediately.

Is there a minimum order?

Yes, our minimum order amount is £90.

What is the cost of shipping?

We charge shipping for Royal mail Special Delivery at £10 per order regardless of size. We offer free shipping for orders over £150. (If your order is over £150 please select the free shipping option before payment.)

What if my products are seized?

As our service is a UK domestic service, there are no customs involved and therefore, no seizures.

Do you offer any refunds?

Once payment is taken we cannot offer any refunds or returns. Once you have completed your order and made your payment, the order is final. Refunds or exchanges are only offered in the event of our error, or breakage during transit. In either of these instances please contact us immediately with photos of your items still in the original packaging.

Do you offer Wholesale or Affiliate accounts?

No, we are not currently offering wholesale, or affiliate programs, nor do we wish to advertise in any way on social media.
