Shipping & Delivery Policy

Order Processing Times

  • Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment is received.
  • Please allow extra time during weekends, Bank Holidays, and busy periods when dispatch may take an additional day or two.

Delivery Information

  • We use Royal Mail Special Delivery, which is guaranteed Next Business Day by 1pm*) for all our packages unless we inform you otherwise.
  • Once your order status is updated to COMPLETED you will receive your final order update, and can expect delivery by 1pm* the following business day. * Some UK postcodes may DIFFER.

Missed Deliveries

If you should miss the first delivery, Royal Mail usually try to deliver again the following day. If Royal Mail is unable to deliver securely, you can rearrange delivery or collect your package from your local Post Office.
Tracking on the day: You may request your tracking number from us after 3pm on the expected delivery day to rearrange or collect your package.

Tracking Numbers

  • Our mailing system does not automatically email tracking numbers.
  • Most customers receive their package before we could manually send tracking details.
  • If you have not received your package within 2 business days of receiving your Completed / Final  order update, please contact us and we will provide a tracking link or look into it for you.
