HOW TO ORDER YOUR PRODUCTS

• Place an order as normal on the shopping cart with all your require products and quantities.
• Proceed to checkout and add your full name and shipping address including the correct post codes (please make no mistakes as we will not resend for any faulty shipping addresses).
• If you have any discount codes add those in the correct box for any discounts to be automatically calculated.
• Once you have completed your order on our website you will receive a confirmation email with your order details and current status.

NOTES ABOUT OUR ORDER PROCESSING & DELIVERY

• As soon as we receive your order, we will be working on mailing it out as fast as humanly possible so please be patient.
  
• When we have actually mailed your order out, you should receive an email with your order status saying that we have completed your order.
• From the time you receive that update your delivery will be the following business day by 1pm (for most UK post codes).
• As a rough guide, you should expect delivery within 2-3 business days from making your payment (unless we are extremely busy).
• If you have not received your order after 4 or 5 business days, please drop us a line to chase it up.

• NOTE: In the unlikely event that something should be out of stock, we will inform you so you may either wait for us to get new stock, change it for an alternative product, or request a refund or credit on that item.
