DELIVERY

PLEASE NOTE:  Rohmlabs.store is a UK domestic service only!

WE DO  NOT PROCESS ORDERS TO ANY OTHER COUNTRY

Delivery within the UK is via Royal Mail Special Delivery next business day by 1pm from the day we mail out your order.

Orders are usually mailed out within 1-2 business days of receiving your payment but please allow for weekends and Bank holidays!

EXPECTED DELIVERY TIME
Once we have updated your order status to, “COMPLETED”  you can then expect your delivery the next business day (to most UK post codes) by 1pm
If you miss your delivery or Royal Mail could not deliver your package securely, you may request the tracking number after 3pm.

PLEASE NOTE:
We do not email everyone with tracking numbers as this is far too time consuming, and you are more likely to receive your order before we can get to email you the tracking details.

If you have not received your order within 3 business days from your order status update saying that we have completed your order, please CONTACT US so we may check the tracking for you.
